This update fixes:
1. A keyboard configuration problem with the numeric keypad,
where certain keys could not be configured correctly.
2. A graphical problem in 3Dfx/Glide mode that produced large sections
of missing textures after saving and loading in certain areas.
Gamma control has been added to the Glide Driver. You can use ALT + and ALT - to control this
4 Historical Missions are included as well as 5 Multiplayer levels
2.01(UPGRADE) FIX FOR WIN98
"Fixes" the problem with the inability to join
multiplayer games if running under Windows 98.
Direct3D Driver 24.5kb
This driver will give you Direct3D options in your Outlaws Configuration.
You'll have more resolutions to choose from than with Glide 2.3 and should get just about the same FPS on a good D3D video card.
Download and extract the zip to where ever your Outlaws directory resides.

MGL DISPLAY DRIVERS
If you don't have a 3D FX Card and would like to boost you FPS then try the MGL Display Drivers that i have made available for download below or follow the instructions below to find them on Outlaws CD#1 . Once you get them follow the instructions below for instaling them .
Double click on the My Computer icon. Right click on the CD-ROM drive icon and choose Explore. Double click on the Support directory. Double click on the MGL Directory. Go to the View menu and choose Options…. Click on Show all Files. Click on OK to close this dialog box. Go to the Edit menu and choose Select All. Go back to Edit and choose Copy. Note: The following steps will not apply if you did not install to default directory. Double click on the C: drive folder. Double click on the Program Files folder. Double click on the LucasArts folder. Double click on the Outlaws folder. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.
Once you have copied the files into the Outlaws directory: Go back to the Outlaws launcher. Choose Change Video Mode Click on MGL under Display Driver. Click on 320x200 under Available Modes. Click OK to return to the launcher.

Outlaws No-CD Olwin patch 561kb
This "patch" allows you to play Outlaws with out having to have the CD.
You must first have the game installed with all the other patches
to be able to use this.
You must also copy the olgeo.lab from the original CD into your Outlaws
directory if you want to be able to play "CD" maps.
This is a modified olwin.exe so it's highly suggested you back up the
original olwin.exe first.

This is the newest Glide wrapper, ie a library that emulates the programming interface for 3dfx Voodoo hardware and in turn allows games specifically coded for it to run on other vendors' graphics cards. VOODOO1 AND VOODOO2 OVERCLOCKING
Double or even triple your frames per second by copying and paisting the commands in thses texts into your autoexec notepad .
Here is a snapshot of what your autoexec notepad should look like after you put the commands in .NOTE: You may have other commands that were already in there before you put these commands in .Do not take them out just add these below them .Also make a back up of you current autoexec before you attempt to put these commands in , just in case.PS: The seventh line which reads "SET SSTV2_GRXCLK=103" , is what i use because i have a cooling fan , but to be safe set yours at 100 or lower .

It's really a shame this utility is called an "overclocker" since so many people are leery of overclocking.
The utility does way more than "overclock" your V3 card (You don't even need to mess with that option).
You can optimize the settings for the card so that you can obtain the highest fps possible for your system.
