• ACTFast actfast.zip Everyone has a "most embarassing map", this is mine
  • Cataract cataract.zip 1st map, so nothing special ..., went to school on this one
  • Dementia dementia.zip This map came straight off the bottom of a bottle of Jack Daniel's finest. Naw, seriously, I was just foolin' around to see if I could make everything upside down. It's a strange map, but some of ya might get a kick out of it. It's a two story house, upside down inside a bottle of JD. The outside is low-gravity, so ya can run, jump and ricochet off the inside of the bottle to get up to the second story (or is that the first story) eaves.
  • Devil's Rectory devilsrectory.zip From the fertile (and somewhat twisted) mind of WAW_BuffaloFred, comes the "Devil's Rectory". A bleak, dark, windswept landscape dominated by an equally ominous looking rectory. Abandon all hope ye who enter here. Fred roughed out the floorplan and suggested most of the effects. I wish I could have accomplished all of them, but the OL engine is limited in many respects.
  • Dry Run dryrun.zip A full moon over the scenic Yoostabeeya River. This is a pretty barren landscape, not much cover, so step lively! There are several nasty sniper positions to cover the open ground (and there's plenty of that!), so it ought to make for an interesting CTF map. Should be plenty of close-in dirty work under the trestle. Also a cameo appearance by my dog Buck, in honor of his 16th birthday!
  • Dust dust.zip A stage depot in the arid west. It's hot here, so your health will deteriorate if you get too far from the buildings.
  • Epitaph epitaph.zip A sleepy little western town at sunset, .... it's pretty quiet here, whaddya say we wake this town up! No mods, gat, or secrets, ... marshall law by design. (No badge, cream, or sawed-off shotgun).
  • Hades hades.zip Not your average western town. You'll be here for a long, long time paying the devil his due.Large town map. This map is large enough, and with enough levels,to really push the envelope on the Outlaws engine. At one point,I had to deconstruct some of the town because from two high spotsenough vertices were visible to overload the engine. (my bestguess, anyway.) Will the game lag in this map? Probably, butI loaded 5 or 6 "bad guys" and it played OK. Give it a shot (nopun intended). Ya might even catch sight of a Mary character Imay finish someday.
  • Juarez juarez.zip Prettiest version, but the lighting causes problems.A nightime level with lots of alleys and rooftops, should be good for all characters. Watch for snipers and TNT chuckers!
  • Juarez2 juarez2.zip Remake to eliminate lag caused by lighting effects.A Spanish Mission dominates the town center, surrounded by the Rana Borracho (Drunken Frog) Cantina, the Bank of Juarez, the jail ( no view and bad food! ), and miscellaneous buildings.A nightime level with lots of alleys and rooftops, should be good for all characters. Watch for snipers and TNT chuckers! This is a re-release of the map Juarez ... minus all the INF commands for flickering lights. I think the INF was causing a great deal of the lag encountered in the map. I also lowered the roof of the jail to facilitate jumping up to it from the church wall.
  • Longhorn Palace longhorn.zip "Now THIS is what I call a Saloon!" (Kevin Kline as Paden in Silverado). Welome to the Longhorn Palace! Thought I'd try an "all interior" map, and see if I couldn't reproduce one of the grand saloons. Either side of the bar doors, portraits of Lily Langtry (on the left), and Lola Montez (right). The stage curtain can be run through to access backstage. Plenty of stairs, hallways, and balconies, so I think it will be good for all characters. There's a well-stocked bar downstairs, ... shoot the mirrors for a tribute to Richard Boone (Paladin), and Lee Marvin (Liberty Valance). The gaming tables are upstairs .... House Rules: No Spittin', No Cussin', No Harmonica Playin'.
  • OL Museum olmuseum.zip We were just kicking around some ideas for maps, and the idea of an Outlaw Wax Museum popped into my head (on account of the vacuum). This is the end product, a museum made from some bits and pieces of some maps I like, and a few small scenarios I just made up as fillers. You'll see your favorite OL characters in here .... keep an eye on them, you never know which ones are going to shoot back!
  • Paradigm paradigm.zip Welcome to Paradigm. I found a wrinkle in The LawMaker program that allowed me to make "hallways" connecting these couple of buildings ...... in effect letting you cross the street without being seen. Beats those damp, musty tunnels any day! If ya see someone duck into a building in front of you, don't be surprised if they pop out in back of ya! The interiors will favor Mary and Bob with their shotguns, the roofs will favor James and Doc's rifles, and Sanchez might have a field day with lots of TNT laying around. You start out in one of several "identical" barnyards. Grab yer ammo and ...... now what? Nothing here but that suspicious looking outhouse ..... hmmmmm.
  • Rock Guardin' rkguardn.zip My personal favorite A free form landscape, red rock walls, buttes, and a massive arch. Weapons and ammo scattered in caves and tunnels. A new saguaro cactus to replace the wimpy stock cactus. This one has cajones! A lot of sand .... and a little quicksand! Vultures, rattlers, and coyotes .... you supply the two-legged varmints.
  • Tortilla Flats tortilla.zip A sleepy New Mexico town .... at least it was until the High Noon Gang showed up. Keep an eye on the rooftops because they are all accessible. Lots of cover for you snipers, and all the usual WMDs sprinkled around.
