Author Info : Sitting in a COBOL class late at night made me do this map. I penned the outline for this map & weapons in an effort to stay awake. This map has 3 modified weapons: Slot #1 - Sharp's Bufalo Gun, damage/shot 6 (one hit can kill) Slot #6 - Very Portable Gattling, damage/shot 1.5 (four hits can kill) SLot #9 - Semi-Portable Cannon, damage/shot 2.5 x 20 (evil chuckle) The cannon is like a long range shotgun. When shooting all the way across the map the spread of the 20 shots is around 8 feet. The badge is actually just a medium boiler plate. A sniper looks for movement and I hope this is a distraction (another evil chuckle). Groovy.wav is the sound bite for picking up the buffalo rifle. OhYea.wav is the sound bite for picking up the cannon. The only weapon with a scope is the normal rifle. Description : A modified weapons map. A fort in the center holds 2 "cannons". 4 bunkers hold either a very portable gattling gun or a Sharps Buffalo Rifle (that holds 12 shots). Starting positions will be on the edge of the map...most of the time. There is one starting position in the center. So if you want a modified weapon then you must move to the center of the map...out there in the open (sniper land). In the map Scorpion Ridge and CannonBall Run the sound bite for the Buffalo rifle was taken from the movie "They Call Me Trinity". Also, I removed the starting positions from within the pillars of the space station in the HeavyMetal map but forgot to change the ReadMe.txt file (sorry). These starting positions were similar in design to the ones within TeamFortress (Half-A-Life). KrummWaffe = "BentWeapon/CrookedArm". I am of German/Russian descent (my last name means people/folk in German and wolf in Russian). My mind is a bent weapon and my arm was broken so bad and in so many places that it is crooked. Also, I would call my map making services crooked/twisted (Crooked Service). There, I think that covers all possible translations. :p
